This fine residence has three exquisitely furnished bedrooms, two ample bathrooms, and one half bathroom. It is is located in Hacienda, an exclusive and safe 22-acre gated community at walking distance from Cabo's lively marina, pulsating nightlife, and sophisticated restaurants.

The Space:
The master bedroom has its own, soothing living area. Its bathroom has dual vanities, a jacuzzi, and double closets with a safe. The second bedroom offers one vanity, ample closet space, and a safe. The property includes a den with a double size bed.

The spacious living area is equipped with sliding floor-to-ceiling glass doors that seamlessly combine the residence’s indoor space with an airy terrace, complete with comfortable sofas for lounging and a dining area for al fresco meals. The terrace offers incomparable 180 degree ocean views.

This exclusive property features a state-of-the-art kitchen, equipped with all necessary appliances. Satellite TV —complete with a surround sound system with outdoor speakers— is available to watch on flatscreens in both bedrooms, the living room, and the terrace. Outdoor grill on the terrace. High-speed wireless Internet is included.

This stately property is located in Hacienda, an exclusive and safe 22-acre gated community at walking distance from Cabo San Lucas’ lively marina, pulsating nightlife, and sophisticated restaurants. The atmosphere inside Hacienda is of a small, serene European-style village, featuring hand-hewn stone ledger, Mexican cantera stone, dark wood accents, and authentic wrought iron detailing.

Minimum age to rent is 24. Age children allowed is 0 - 17. No pets, events, and NO smoking allowed.
