Vacations Cabo started recommending Enlaces Turisticos del Cabo ever since one of our guests recommended a positive experience with their services during a visit with us at the Hacienda Beach Club & Residences way back in 2009!
Originally from Costa Rica, Mauricio Bogantes moved to Canada for a student experience to Cabo San Lucas, where he has been living for the last 14 years. He and his wife Rocio have been in the private luxury transportation and personal concierge service industry the past 10 years serving and providing Hacienda Beach Club Vacations guests concierge and transportation assistance and also sharing their passion for the Los Cabos area with all new and returning guests.
Services are provided by local, professional, and friendly bilingual staff that are experienced in all venues, restaurants, golf courses and top rated activities and destination logistics making your experience timely, dependable, and enjoyable. Enlaces Turisticos del Cabo services both the private Cabo San Lucas airport and the Los Cabos International Airport in San Jose Del Cabo. Transportation services are also available once you have arrived to the resort if you would like to take in the sites or need a specific destination.
A complimentary 30 minute stop can be made to Costco or the Super Walmart for groceries on the way to the Hacienda Beach Club & Residences. Concierge services are also available providing pre stocking of groceries to residences on a fee basis.
There are three vehicles ranging from 7 - 14 seat capacity including a Dodge Ram Promaster 2015 van with capacity for families of 12-14 passengers, a Ford Explorer up to 8 passengers, and a Mercedes SUV providing for 7 passengers.

Due to this commitment we are constantly adding or changing our services that we provide. Please contact the resort for more information on our current services. Prior to your arrival and with a confirmed reservation you will have the opportunity to contact the resort directly at the tool free number and begin planning with our five star 24 hour concierge services.
Prior to your arrival to the Hacienda Beach Club & Residences you can elect to place credit card information with the concierge so you don't have to pay as you go for our on property Hacienda Cocina y Cantina restaurant, DK's bar, Spa Services, and incidentals. You can reserve cribs and rollaway beds prior to your arrival as well. Room service from the restaurant is also available, there is a minimum for restaurant charges.
Your stay begins with the bellman greeting you at the concierge reception area where you can get get familiar with your surroundings and get any additional information from the concierge staff. The bellman will place your luggage in a shuttle golf cart and drive you to your residence where an operational walk through of the residence will be provided as well as a tour of the Hacienda Beach Club & Residences if you so desire. I do recommend it!

You can reserve complimentary paddle and surf boards, snorkeling equipment, and kayaks from our bodega under the restaurant, many times it isn't necessary but a good idea. There are also complimentary classes at the Hacienda Beach Club & Residences Spa & Fitness Center from yoga, pilates, TRX, spinning, dance and other offerings depending on the monthly schedule that the receptionist can assist you with.
